Our June 21^st meeting is right around the corner, and we have planned something very different and exciting. We have divided the time between 4 widely varied and equally educational speakers. There will be something in this program for everyone! 

Part 1

First up will be Daniel Frishberg, President of BIZ Radio and the originator of The Money Man Report, a daily report on BIZ radio.  Biz radio is our local radio station covering Houston and Dallas, covering all areas of the financial markets. Daniel is called The Money Man, and that is an appropriate title for someone who began visiting the New York Stock Exchange with his grandfather at the age of 6.  He has over 40 years studying money and the markets, and especially the people who make up those markets.  His life’s work has been to strip away all the jargon and financial babble.  He talks about money in a language we can understand:  Plain English.  

Part 2

Next up will be Scott Barkley, Vice President of Pro-Act Traders.  In 2004, a group of like-minded Forex traders from Austin, Texas, came together to improve their trading results.  Just like many of us here at FTA, they embarked on a quest to develop a system that would show High Probability Trade Setups that were confirmable, were programmable, and produced statistically high success rates.  They succeeded! 

Scott Barkley has personally trained over 400 traders and spent more than 500 hours mentoring other Forex traders.  Scott’s very first student won the FXCM “King of the Mini” contest twice!  In 2003, Scott was awarded the International Forex Development Award for his work in the UK with a major Forex company.

Part 3

Many of you are good friends with our next speaker, Ralph Keeton. Ralph, one of our long standing FTA members, will demonstrate the WOW system which he has been trading for almost a year.  He learned the system from Gene Miller, who has been trading Forex for 5 years and developed the WOW system 2 ½ years ago.  Gene found it so successful that he has been teaching the system for the past year at trading groups in San Francisco, Dallas, Las Vegas, Sacramento, and Phoenix.  The 100 or so active members meet up on PalTalk each evening for a brief analysis of the upcoming market. 

The WOW automated trading system is based on an oscillator that offers high probability entry and exit points in a trending market.  The weekly, daily, 4-hour, and 1-hour charts are evaluated for trend analysis.  Then entry points are looked for in daily, 4-hour, and 1-hour charts.  Ralph says he sets up his system around 11 p.m. CST on as many as 10 or 12 charts and timeframes, which may enter 3 or 4 positions overnight.  Be prepared to be WOWed by this special demonstration!

And for the grand finale, we have John Gilliam of Tsunami-Traders, coming to us from California. His topic is:  “How to Trade Any Market on Any Timeframe 100% Mechanically”.
